Foundation for Individual Rights and Expression
Adam Steinbaugh is an attorney with the Foundation for Individual Rights and Expression (FIRE), where he works as a First Amendment litigator. A Colorado native, Adam first moved westward to Los Angeles, where he graduated from Whittier College and Loyola Law School. After joining its Philadelphia office in 2016, Adam led FIRE's individual rights defense team, protecting the rights of students and faculty, from 2018-2022. He now works on FIRE's litigation team. He is a member of the California and Pennsylvania state bars and the First Amendment Lawyers Association.
