Zoe Bastone is the Reference Coordinator and Instruction Librarian at Pellissippi State Community College in Knoxville, TN. She earned her MSIS from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville in 2018. As the Reference Coordinator and Instruction Librarian, Zoe coordinates in person and virtual research assistance, teaches information literacy sessions, and plans library events for students. Her research interests center around examining inclusive practices that enrich key aspects of academic librarianship, such as outreach and engagement, library instruction, research assistance, and organizational development. She has published titles such as the Journal of New Librarianship, the Journal of Library Outreach and Engagement, and College & Research Libraries.
