The Universal Service Administrative Company (USAC) helps communities and people across the U.S. stay connected to the information, resources, and care they need. By administering the Universal Service Fund as designated by the FCC, E-Rate's mission is to bridge the digital divide and ensure that schools and libraries across the U.S., regardless of location or population, are connected to information and resources through the internet. Attendees will have the opportunity to ask questions and share concerns, and informational postcards outlining the entities and services eligible for the E-Rate program as well as a guide on how to get started will be distributed.
