Register for the 2024 Annual Conference to log in and build your personalized schedule.
Tips for Using the Conference Scheduler
- To log in, click the Login button at the top right and enter the email address you used to register for Annual and your registration number. Your registration number is the confirmation number located in your registration confirmation email.
- Use the left navigation categories or full schedule to view sessions or events and click the title for more information.
- Use the filters on the Daily Schedule page to sort by Content Area, Session Type, Library Type, and Sponsoring Unit.
- Click the dark blue content area buttons on the session listings to sort by content area.
- Add sessions or events to your personal schedule by favoriting them:
- On a schedule page, click the star symbol to the right of the session name or
- Click the session title to open the popup and then on the star in the top menu.
- Like sessions by clicking the thumbs up symbol on the session pop up.
- Click on your name in the top right section of the header bar to view these drop-down options:
- My Profile – edit your profile
- My Schedule – view, print, and export your schedule of favorited sessions and personal appointments
- Technical Support
- My Liked Items - see a list of sessions you have liked and the total number of attendees who have liked them
- Logout
- Check back for updates to the schedule.
- Program materials, including slides and handouts, are available to full conference registrants for two months post conference.
